Keri Pettis is the Director of Compliance and Strategic Initiatives for an International Social Services Organization.

In her role, she serves as the Compliance Officer for both domestic and international programs. She reviews policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency and success of these programs. Keri collaborates closely with the legal and contracts team to establish safeguards for internal and external stakeholders, prioritizing the vulnerable populations the organization serves. Throughout her career, she has launched numerous programs aimed at organizational improvement and sustainability, including technology support initiatives and people-centric projects. Keri also spearheads organizational strategy, involving collaborators, contributors, and cross-departmental resources. Recognizing the importance of a healthy work culture, she strives to foster an environment that supports organizational transparency, aligns with the overall mission and vision, and complements business growth.
